Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Law, or Public Policy, and experience in a governance or corporate management role within a public sector or not-for-profit organisation.

  • A strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in minute taking and preparation of documents.

The salary for this role is approximately £31,500 - £38,000 gross per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
