About the Opportunity: Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hillingdon.

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of EHCPs, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students' academic and personal development, and working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the support and supervision of students with SEND.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to ensure high-quality education and care for all students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEND is desirable.
  • Available to work Monday – Friday (8:30-15:30) term time. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
