Lecturer in SEND Education

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of SEND learners

Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification in Independent Living or equivalent
- Strong understanding of SEND profiles, including strategies to manage challenging behaviors
- Practical experience in teaching or applying cooking skills
- Previous experience in a college setting
- Knowledge of assistive technologies and inclusive teaching practices

Salary: Competitive, based on experience, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
