We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher/Lecturer to join Uniform Education in Wandsworth.

Role Overview
  • Develop engaging lesson plans for higher-level ASD students.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment using behaviour management techniques.
  • Provide tutoring and mentoring for students requiring additional support in Functional Skills - Maths and English, as well as Ascentis qualifications.
  • Evaluate student performance through regular testing and feedback.
Requirements
  • Hold QTS or QTLS equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working with ASD students and Functional Skills knowledge is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a Pay-to-Scale salary, estimated at £30,000 - £50,000 annually, depending on experience.
