SEND Education Assistant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced SEND Education Assistant to join our team at a four-form entry primary school in London. The successful candidate will support children with Special Educational Needs and work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Support children with Special Educational Needs in a collaborative and dynamic classroom environment
- Work with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Foster strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents to ensure student success
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Experience in teaching or supporting children with SEND
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations
