We are seeking an experienced SEND Education Assistant to join our team at a four-form entry primary school in London. The successful candidate will support children with Special Educational Needs and work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Support children with Special Educational Needs in a collaborative and dynamic classroom environment
  • Work with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Foster strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents to ensure student success

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in teaching or supporting children with SEND
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations
