We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at HPRtalent. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function, ensuring that all HR-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, responding to HR-related inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle events, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Chief HR Officer to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving support to resolve HR-related issues and improve processes.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced growth organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
