Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, responding to HR-related inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle events, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Chief HR Officer to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide analytical and problem-solving support to resolve HR-related issues and improve processes.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering employee engagement and well-being.
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced growth organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
