Job Title: Construction Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Ridge & Partners LLP. As a key member of our Construction Health and Safety Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the provision of construction health and safety services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-construction information
  • Review construction phase plans and method statements
  • Provide advice to contractors on CDM regulations
  • Undertake site inspections
  • Support colleagues at design team meetings
  • Set up projects and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level (preferably in a construction-related field)
  • Basic understanding of CDM regulations
  • Additional health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Certificate) an advantage
  • Basic understanding of design process and risk reduction principles
  • Associate membership of IOSH or Association for Project Safety
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
