Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operational team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver a high-quality service to our clients.
- Manage the performance of a direct delivery team of 12-16 operatives, including team supervisors and sub-contractors.
- Oversee the commercial position of the In-house team, ensuring weekly checks on productivity, materials, and labour allocation.
- Review performance in 4 key areas: quality, customer satisfaction, value for money, and health and safety.
- Ensure first-class case management of complex repairs complaints, member enquiries, and escalations.
- Develop and maintain the direct labour training matrix to ensure employees have suitable skills to undertake their roles.
- Ensure operational health and safety compliance, including on-site and desktop evaluations.
- Proven track record of providing effective leadership and support to teams.
- Expert contract management skills and significant experience managing the whole supply chain.
- Sound knowledge of housing maintenance and property management.
- Significant experience of managing contractors and agents.
- Knowledge of statutory responsibilities relating to property management, health and safety, and housing.
