Senior International Construction Broker

Aon is seeking a Senior International Construction Broker to join our London team. The primary responsibility of this role is to boost revenue and margin by identifying and capitalizing on new (re)insurance opportunities, as well as managing the needs of existing Aon clients within the International Construction division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Client Team(s) and project groups to deliver strategic growth initiatives, responses to competitive tenders, and complex, high-value deals.
  • Review and quality-check reinsurance documentation at a predetermined stage in the process to establish whether the selected coverage accurately reflects clients' reinsurance requirements.
  • Invest time and resource in Research & Development to find new opportunities/solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
