Senior International Construction Broker

Aon is seeking a Senior International Construction Broker to boost revenue and margin by identifying and capitalizing on new (re)insurance opportunities, as well as managing the needs of existing Aon clients within the International Construction division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver new reinsurance opportunities to increase revenue and margin.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Provide specialist advice to clients and the Aon Network client team on placement design, negotiation, and market capacity.
- Lead Client Teams and project groups to deliver strategic growth initiatives, responses to competitive tenders, and complex, high-value deals.
- Review and quality-check reinsurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Extensive experience in reinsurance broking or technical and analytical underwriting, including project and account management experience on large Construction accounts and large/mega onshore construction projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire commitment and action in others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
