Aon is seeking a Senior International Construction Broker to boost revenue and margin by identifying new (re)insurance opportunities and managing existing client needs within the International Construction division.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Client Teams and project groups to deliver strategic growth initiatives, responses to competitive tenders, and complex deals.
- Review and quality check reinsurance documentation to ensure accurate coverage of clients' reinsurance requirements.
- Develop and deliver new reinsurance opportunities and service existing clients with the International Construction team.
- Extensive experience in reinsurance broking or technical and analytical underwriting, including project and account management experience on large Construction accounts and mega onshore construction projects.
- Invest time and resource in Research & Development to find new opportunities/solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
