Senior International Construction Broker

Aon is seeking a Senior International Construction Broker to boost revenue and margin by identifying and capitalizing on new (re)insurance opportunities, as well as managing the needs of existing Aon clients within the International Construction division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver new reinsurance opportunities and increase revenue with existing clients.
- Act as a Director within the broking team to provide specialist advice to clients and the Aon Network client team.
- Negotiate the best prices and market capacity for clients.
- Review and quality check reinsurance documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Lead Client Teams and project groups to deliver strategic growth initiatives and complex deals.
- Extensive experience in reinsurance broking or technical and analytical underwriting, including project and account management experience on large Construction accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to consider the underwriter's perspective and adapt broking approach.
- Investment in Research & Development to find new opportunities and solutions for clients.
