Job Title: Wealth and Asset Management Tax Associate Director
Job Summary:
Grant Thornton's Financial Services Tax team is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Wealth and Asset Management team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of asset management clients, delivering tax compliance and advisory work, and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of asset management clients, ensuring tax compliance and advisory work is delivered to high standards.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to support clients' growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the partner group to build out the practice and develop strong client relationships.
- Coach and develop junior team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring the team is equipped to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (CTA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
- Strong tax technical skills and a desire to learn more in new areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Experience of coaching and developing junior team members.
