About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with a strong background in UK corporation tax and transactions to join our Wealth and Asset Management team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highly technical tax advice to UK and multinational asset managers and the funds they manage.
  • Lead and manage UK and international corporate tax advisory projects, post-transaction support, and compliance obligations.
  • Develop and lead a diverse client portfolio, ensuring a high level of client service.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Grant Thornton's tax practice and international network to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (CTA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Strong tax technical skills and an interest in the financial services sector.
  • Experience in advising on corporate tax compliance and awareness of relevant rules.
