Supervising Social Worker with Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker with Hybrid Working to join our team at NonStop Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a complex caseload of foster carers and children looked after, using therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a caseload of 10 foster carers, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible care and support for children looked after.
  • Work closely with the IFA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after.
  • Attend office meetings twice a week to discuss casework and provide support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children looked after and their foster carers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Permanent contract, Full-time.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home and attend office meetings.
