About the Role:

Novax Recruitment Ltd is looking for a skilled Sales and Assignment Officer to work on a contracted basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasehold management and be able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the performance of the Home Ownership Team, including managing RTB application processes and service charge calculations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing policy advice and support.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and service delivery improvements, promoting customer-focused services.

Salary: £823.60 per week (based on 21.50 P/H), paid hourly, depending on full-time equivalent hours worked.
