About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Frontier Agriculture Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving our sustainability initiatives and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and develop a strong network of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical aspects of sustainability programs to effectively support customers.
  • Develop and run enrolment campaigns for commercial sustainability programs, enrolling farmers directly or via a network of Frontier colleagues.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and other colleagues in the grain department to ensure alignment of sustainability campaigns with commercial grain trading strategy.
  • Support the development of overall commercial strategy for sustainability programs.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Exchange Manager to prepare campaign materials.
  • Manage the roll out of programs to grower groups and clusters.
  • Present information about programs effectively in person and via digital channels.
  • Collaborate with and feed back to technical colleagues to enable ongoing technical development of programs.
  • Manage the internal network of sustainability program champions.
  • Participate in and lead strategic and project planning meetings.
  • Write documents for knowledge exchange and participate in training events.
