Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Streamline Search Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment agency, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the construction and coatings industries.

About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promoting our clients' services and solutions. Your goal will be to expand our client base, increase sales, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and coatings sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote our clients' services and solutions through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our clients' brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or coatings industry.
  • Strong network within the construction sector, with the ability to leverage contacts to drive business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
What We Offer:
  • Up to £50,000 basic salary DOE.
