Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at BAM Nuttall. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the weekly and monthly payroll, liaising with employees, and ensuring compliance with payroll timetables and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing the weekly and monthly payroll
  • Liaise with employees to resolve payroll queries
  • Comply with payroll timetables and policies
  • Assist the team in data manipulation and data upload of payroll input data
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees
Requirements
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
  • Strong numerical competency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
