About the Role

Morrison Utility Services Limited is seeking a Water Networks Operations Manager to oversee field-based activities in the clean water sector across London & Thames Valley. The ideal candidate will possess a strong, practical background in network operation and valve management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance, and mentoring junior staff. Your duties will include mains isolation, asset investigation, water quality activities, and supporting operatives in these tasks.

You will work closely with the network coordinator and project manager to control day-to-day operations, manage audits, and provide feedback to both operatives and the management team. Occasional night shifts may be required to support night operatives and conduct monthly audits.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess a high degree of manual dexterity and be comfortable working outdoors in all weathers. You will also be required to work within confined spaces and on uneven ground.
