Water Quality Specialist

The Water Quality Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Scientist to respond to all water quality-related calls concerning production and supply issues, distribution network issues, sampling failures, and incidents phoned through from the customer call centers.
This position involves overseeing a variety of activities occurring at operational sites, combining sample results and projects to assess multiple tasks and ensure their satisfactory completion. Regular on-site visits are required to carry out audits and inspections, compiling data and providing informative commentary for reports.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for deciding on and approving actions taken following a water quality issue and supporting the delivery of projects within Water Quality Services, managing projects to time and quality, and managing risk.

Benefits- Competitive salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
- Hours of work: 08:00 am - 16:00 pm (Monday to Thursday), 08:00 am - 15:30 pm (Friday)
