Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the medical equipment and clinical engineering department
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and external partners
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
