Multinational Captive Programs Specialist – Premium Risk Insurance Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Premium Risk Insurance Specialist to join our Multinational Captive Programs team at AIG. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality risk insurance services to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert reinsurance services to multinational captive programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of risk insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with producing offices to design and implement customized risk insurance programs that meet our clients' unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including captive brokers, clients, and reinsurers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information sharing, timely issuance of policies, and effective reconciliation of intercompany movements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members through regular meetings, conference calls, and emails.
  • Contribute to business growth and operational efficiency initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Gather and share knowledge from previous experiences to inform future program developments and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Review reinsurance programs for multinational captive fronting business against documentation and customized service requirements.
  • Onboard new and renewal accounts, ensuring correct system and operational setup.
  • Act as a central point of contact for premium administration, resolving queries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support efficient cash turnaround and ensure reinsurance premium settlements to captives/reinsurers in line with corporate records and contractual commitments.
  • Escalate and resolve account-related issues, identifying resolution paths and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Proactively raise operational risks and exceptions, ensuring timely management and mitigation.
  • Liaise with the claims function to distribute program structure and ultimate reinsurer details.
  • Provide regular, consolidated reporting to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with servicing terms.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure customized service delivery solutions that meet client needs and commitments.
  • Prepare and respond to captive audits, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
