Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be based in our Telford office, driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase sales turnover to a minimum of £4m within 24 months by effectively managing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to senior management.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a BIM/Revit-related field.
- A proven track record of business development and increasing sales/turnover levels within similar businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000, plus a competitive commission structure. This includes a company car, laptop, mobile phone, and flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home.
