Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our sales team in Cardiff or Widnes. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve delivery and pricing issues in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Process credit/debit requests and arrange returns as necessary, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Support the processing of Master Data requests for new accounts and customer updates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Log complaints accurately on our ERP system and coordinate investigations to ensure timely customer responses.
  • Manage office suppliers and place orders as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comply with all Company procedures and legislative requirements, upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We're looking for a confident and outgoing individual with administrative experience in a sales environment. You'll be responsible for accurate and timely administration of key tasks, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and information accuracy.

The successful candidate will possess strong numeracy skills, excellent communication skills at all levels, and be self-motivated, focused, flexible, and numerate. You'll also have a track record of delivering work on time and be an excellent team player.
