We are seeking an experienced Optimisation & Strategic Planning Specialist to support our process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse operational processes, identifying areas for improvement to drive efficiency benefits.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance forecasting and operational performance.
  3. Drive process reviews and work studies, prioritising projects based on resource availability.
  4. Present data insights to senior management, highlighting key KPIs and network planning performance.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of business cases and proposals.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and progress reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in industrial engineering, with a strong understanding of operational processes and methods.
  2. Experience in continuous improvement, ideally LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
  3. Skill in analytical tools, such as Excel and Tableau, to drive data-driven decision-making.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with retail industry operations, including e-commerce, is desirable.
  6. Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
