Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

Are you a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in case management, occupational health, or vocational rehabilitation? We're seeking skilled professionals to join our clinical team as Vocational Clinical Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical advice and support to our Claims management team to assess and manage Income Protection, Critical Illness, and Ill health liability Insurance claims.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our members, conducting assessments and creating personalized rehabilitation plans to promote their clinical capability.
- Review and refine our rehabilitation programs to ensure market-leading delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with IFAs, policyholders, and external suppliers to promote our claims philosophy and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop other team members on the benefits and rehabilitation processes.
- Design and implement processes that deliver a consistent level of service, meeting our customers' expectations.
- Registered member of the Nursing Council or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Ability to work independently, conduct assessments, and make confident judgments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and report writing skills.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of the Insurance market or Income Protection products (training provided).
