We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Frailty Therapy team at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex physical, cognitive, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment and intervention to individuals with a range of physical, cognitive, and social deficits.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals in rehabilitation and effective discharge planning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve patient function and safety in their home environment.
- Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy Services within the wider team.
