Employee Experience Specialist Position

Bühler Gruppe is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join its team in the Optical Sorting business based in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR generalist role and a good understanding of employment law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee offboarding, producing leavers report and conducting exit interviews. They will also support the development and implementation of Bühler UK's pay and reward strategy and monitor hybrid work patterns (office attendance in line with the hybrid working policy) on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee offboarding.
  • Support the development and implementation of Bühler UK's pay and reward strategy.
  • Monitor hybrid work patterns.
  • Assist with new HR/Benefits programmes as appropriate.

Remuneration:

  • Annual Salary – up to £50,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working - 3 days office and 2 days working from home.
  • Hours 0830 – 1630 Monday to Friday.
  • Annual company bonus of up to £2,500.
