Employee Experience and Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience and Communications Specialist to join our team at Dalkia UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective employee experience and communications strategies, promoting a positive work environment and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
- Analyse and monitor employee data to inform employee experience activities and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee engagement and communications to suggest innovative approaches.
- Design and deliver proactive, targeted, and measurable communication initiatives and campaigns to drive employee experience and business outcomes.
- Support stakeholders in delivering their strategy/campaigns by providing expert advice and writing/editing support.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an Employee Experience and Communications role.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and design) to hold the confidence of peers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Understanding of communications channels and their impact on employee experience.
- Ability to develop robust project plans and successfully implement actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Hybrid (London or Birmingham).
