Domestic Support Worker

Essential Employment is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Support Worker to join their team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work full-time hours on a temporary basis, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential property.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor building cleanliness and undertake cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Ensure domestic areas such as kitchens, toilets, and laundry facilities are maintained to a hygienic level.
- Perform duties related to kitchen and dining room maintenance (e.g., preparing meals).
- Undertake laundry duties and store cleaning materials safely.
The successful candidate will receive regular supervision from a senior staff member, allowing them to plan and manage their work effectively within established guidelines. Our induction process will outline the supervision level, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
