Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Replenish products in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
  • Manage queues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Co-ordinate seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
