About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to join our Children's Residential team in Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young people, working closely with our experienced and supportive team to create a safe and nurturing environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in on-call rosters, providing support and guidance to the team as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams, including our Learning and Development Team, to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained
