Job Title: Team Leader - Children's Residential

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Residential team in Shropshire.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to the children and young people in our care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet the needs of each child or young person
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working in a residential care setting
  • Has a strong understanding of child development and the needs of children and young people
  • Is able to lead and manage a team of Support Workers
  • Is able to communicate effectively with children, young people, and other professionals
  • Is able to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
