We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Children\u2019s Residential team in Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young people, while also contributing to the success of our team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with our young people, their families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
