We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team in Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the children and young people in our care to achieve their personal best.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced and supportive staff within a beautiful and fully equipped setting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the highest possible standards and outcomes are achieved for the children and young people in our care.
