We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Abingdon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, showcasing our products and services, and providing expert advice on kitchen design and solutions.
- Arrange and book appointments, taking calls from potential and existing customers, and following up on internet and email enquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting colours, styles, and products, and provide guidance on our range of kitchen solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating contact databases, lead management, and diary management, with support from our existing administrator.
- Work collaboratively with our small team, assisting in all departments as required, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging approach.
- Previous showroom experience is beneficial, but a strong desire to engage with customers and provide exceptional service is essential.
- Proficiency in IT, including email, Word, Excel, and Microsoft software.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
- Live within a commutable distance to Abingdon.
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro rata) for full-time or part-time positions.
- 28 days' holiday pro rata, plus a pension scheme.
