Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at M Group Services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced business development environment where you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing client relationships, and preparing and delivering pre-qualification and tender documents.

As a member of our team, you will support the delivery of our Sales & Strategy objectives:

  • Win new contracts with new customers on advantageous terms
  • Develop new products and services to meet the needs of our markets
  • Increase the pipeline of addressable opportunities within our markets
  • Support the renewal and extension of existing contracts on advantageous terms

You will need to be comfortable with tight deadlines and pressures of working in a business development environment, as well as highs and lows of wins and the occasional near miss.
