Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Leader to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacy Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and medicines management technicians to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines across the trust.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy standards and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead the development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of clinical pharmacy services across the trust
  • Provide professional expertise, advice, and training to health professionals, patients, and carers
  • Manage and supervise pharmacists and medicines management technicians to develop a competent, motivated, and versatile clinical pharmacy workforce

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Current registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Experience of service and staff management
