About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising pharmacists and medicines management technicians, developing and implementing clinical pharmacy standards and quality improvement initiatives, and leading the development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of clinical pharmacy services across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and medicines management technicians to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy standards and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of patients and the Trust.
- Provide professional expertise, advice, and training to health professionals, patients, and carers.
