Inclusive Education Advocate

We are looking for an exceptional Inclusive Education Advocate to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd. As a core member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young people with SEN, SEMH needs, and other additional educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs.
- Lead and participate in collaborative efforts with local authorities and schools to enhance student outcomes.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Qualifications in teaching or related fields (e.g., QTS, QTLS).
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs.
- Safeguarding training and certification.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).
- Two professional references.
- UK-based with the right to work in the UK.

- Dedicated SEN/SEND Support Team for each assignment.

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, contingent on qualifications and experience.
