About the Role: As a key member of the Sanderson team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a new global job architecture, assisting with the annual reward review cycle, and supporting various Organisational Design workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of global job architecture roll out and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage the global end of year process for performance and reward, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the Workday system preparation to support the end of year process, ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system readiness for the global annual reward and performance review process.
  • Support country and central function HRBPs with job grading, job family mapping, and compensation governance.
  • Support the Global OD on various Organisational Design workstreams, ensuring that Sanderson is organisationally capable and effective.

Key Experiences:

  • Proven experience in working in HR roles of a matrix organisation, with a strong understanding of organisational design and development.
  • Strong data analytics and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights.
  • Proven experience in managing annual reward and performance review process, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven experience in employment cost budgeting, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced change environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
