Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-focused Marketing Manager to join our team in London. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced ABM marketing professional who thrives on deploying both the art and science of marketing to drive aggressive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales in selecting the most appropriate candidate accounts for ABM programs.
  • Translate sales and account objectives into project plans for marketing support.
  • Promote marketing plans internally and update them through collaboration with sales.
  • Identify internal and external resources for use in marketing execution for targeted strategic accounts.
  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing check-ins to ensure progress to account goals, monitor and develop account plans, and stay focused on upcoming account requirements.
  • Participate actively in regular account reviews and calls.
  • Educate and inspire account managers on the potential role of marketing within strategic accounts.
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts and contacts within these accounts.
  • Measure and analyze ABM program performance on account targets.
  • Build out and evolve a customer lifecycle marketing program that encourages usage/engagement and cross-sell.
  • Understand which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for ABM engagement/retention planning.
  • Customize ABM programs for regional deployment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience partnering successfully with sales teams.
  • Data-driven and able to draw insight from complex marketing data.
  • Proven ability to design and implement integrated multi-touch programs.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans.
  • Able to navigate a complex environment involving stakeholders in various business functions.
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills.
