EMEA Workplace Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Workplace Lead to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Integrated Facilities Management business, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the operations experience that our team delivers to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the operations experience for our clients' employees.
- Collaborate with Regional Account Directors to drive process and platform efficiencies across the account.
- Lead transformation initiatives and provide reporting on outcomes, savings, and benefits to both the client and JLL.
- Ensure all account processes and procedures are in place and adhered to, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment.
- Support contract renewal activities, including SME meetings, solutioning, and leveraging best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and problem-solve.
- Effective management and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
