Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at The Vench in Bristol. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating play and activity programs, managing relationships with local communities and partners, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate play and activity programs, ensuring inclusivity, safety, and engagement for diverse age groups and abilities.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to promote The Vench's mission and values.\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.\
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of allocated funds.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\\[/ul]\

What We Offer
