Job Title: Playground Team Lead

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Playground Team Lead to lead our team of play workers in planning and delivering engaging, educational, and inclusive play activities for children. The successful candidate will have experience working with children in a primary education setting and knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and organize play sessions with a focus on physical, social, and cognitive development of children
  2. Create a safe and stimulating play environment adhering to health and safety guidelines
  3. Monitor and assess progress and well-being of children during play sessions, providing support and guidance as needed
  4. Develop and implement play-based programs that promote children’s overall development
  5. Supervise and work collaboratively with a team of play workers to achieve program goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in a primary education setting
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
