Job DescriptionAs a Play Worker - Lead at Lets Play, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading playful and engaging activities that promote learning and development. Your role will involve planning and organizing play sessions, developing and implementing play-based programs, and creating a safe and stimulating play environment for children.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of play workers in delivering high-quality play activities.
- Plan and organize play sessions, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and inclusive for children.
- Develop and implement play-based programs that promote physical, social, and cognitive development of children.
- Create a safe and stimulating play environment for children, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a primary education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of play workers.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
