Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading playful and engaging activities, developing and implementing play-based programs that promote physical, social, and cognitive development of children.

A safe and stimulating play environment will be created, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and progress and well-being of children during play sessions will be monitored and assessed.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in a primary education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team of play workers
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
