We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and possess experience delivering high-quality customer care. You will also take initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining clean and tidy lobby and public areas.
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setting up rooms or moving furniture.
  • Handle certain reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations.
  • Respond to customer requests where necessary.
  • Run errands.
  • Ensure customer safety by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or paints.
