We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant - Bank Position in our Inpatient Mental Health Services.

Job Description

This role involves working in a variety of settings, including inpatient environments, to deliver planned care under the direction of a qualified practitioner.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as personal care, self-help, communication, and social skills acquisition.

Our team works collaboratively to ensure service users' needs are met, and we encourage our staff to contribute to service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care.

Key Requirements
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent level of experience within a care setting.
  • Experience of working with service users with mental health problems.
  • Knowledge of the Recovery model.
